EPFACE uses the business email address shown on this website for project inquiries. Do not send protected health information (PHI), passwords, credentials, private keys, patient data, regulated records, or other sensitive production information through ordinary email.

Engagement data

Client data used in an engagement is governed by the written scope, authorization, and applicable contractual or legal requirements. EPFACE's default principle is to use the minimum information necessary for the decision being evaluated.

Third-party services

This static website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, session replay, chat widgets, or third-party form processors. The hosting provider may create ordinary server or security logs under its own hosting practices.

Professional boundary

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, authorize access to systems, or establish a duty to monitor or respond to emergencies. Scope and responsibilities are defined in writing before substantive work begins.
